BLOCK AMIANT - Certificato classe D per interventi di rimozione

Block Amiant è una dispersione acquosa di un copolimero a base di acetato di vinile a plastificazione interna. Presenta una elevata stabilità dagli alcali. Il suo film immerso in acqua risulta moderatamente assorbente e non contenendo plastificanti esterni non è soggetto a migrazione conservando nel tempo resistenza all'abrasione ed adesività di supporti di diversa natura.
Il prodotto, come richiesto dal DECRETO 20 AGOSTO 1999, pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale del 22/10/1999, appartiene alla tipologia degli incapsulati di tipo “ D “ detti ausiliari, utilizzati per evitare la dispersione di fibre nell’ambiente a supporto degli interventi di rimozione ( art. 5 comma 5, del decreto ministeriale 6 settembre 1994) o durante le operazioni di smaltimento di materiali contenenti amianto. Per detta tipologia di prodotto non sono previste prove di laboratorio ne certificazioni a norma UNI 10686.
Su tutte le autorizzazioni rilasciate dalle USSL per lavori di rifacimento di vecchie coperture in amianto-cemento e per le sovracoperture con necessità di incapsulamento della vecchia copertura si richiede obbligatoriamente che le lastre siano spruzzate con un prodotto fissante a base di acetato di vinile in modo da rendere le superfici inerti. Block Amiant risponde in pieno a tale normativa e può quindi essere utilizzato nel rispetto delle disposizioni vigenti (Circolare Regione Lombardia NR. 115/SAN-91).

Block Amiant is a water dispersal of a vinyl acetate copolymer with internal plastification. It gives an elevated stability from alkali. Immersed in water, its film becomes moderately absorbent, and not containing external plasticizers, it is not subject to drift, preserving over time its resistance to abrasion and its adhesiveness to various types of supports.
This product, as required by the DECREE 20 AUGUST, 1999, published in the Official Gazette of 22/10/1999, belongs to the typology of type “D”, or auxiliary, encapsulations, used for avoiding the dispersal of fibers in the environment as a support during the operations of removal (art. 5, paragraph 5 of the ministerial decree 6 September, 1994) or during the operations of disposal of asbestos containing materials. For the aforementioned product typology, neither laboratory tests nor UNI 10686 regulation certifications are required.
In all of the authorizations granted by the Local Socio-Sanitary Units (USSL) for the reconstruction of old building façades of asbestos-cement and for their re-covering, requiring the old covering’s encapsulation, it is obligatorily required that the sheets be sprayed with a fixative vinyl acetate product in order to render the surfaces inert. Block Amiant is in complete concordance with this regulation and can therefore be used with the full respect of the laws in force (Lombardy Regional Circular NR. 115/SAN-91).
